Non-Statutory Option definition

Non-Statutory Option means an option not intended to satisfy the requirements of Code Section 422.
Non-Statutory Option means an option which does not qualify as an Incentive Option;
Non-Statutory Option means any Option other than an Incentive Stock Option.
