Nonprofit private entity definition

Nonprofit private entity means a private entity that carries out any lawful purpose or purposes not involving pecuniary profit or gain for its directors, officers, shareholders, or members.
Nonprofit private entity means an entity no part of the net earnings of which inure or may lawfully inure to the benefit of any private share­ holder or individual.
