  • In the event that a Nonresidential Establishment is being connected to the Sewer System and no water usage data is available to determine the appropriate amount of the Capacity Fee, the Authority shall have the right to estimate water usage based on accepted engineering standards or to use any other method upon which the Authority and Property Owner mutually agree.

  • Retail establishment means any business facility that sells goods directly to the consumer whether for or not for profit, including, but not limited to, retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience and grocery stores, liquor stores, seasonal and temporary businesses.

Food service establishment does not include any of the following:
