Nontransferable Contract definition

Nontransferable Contract means any Contract that may not be assigned or otherwise transferred to a Company in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including the Pre-Closing Transactions, without obtaining the Consent of another Person.
Nontransferable Contract means any Contract which may not be assigned or otherwise transferred to the Purchaser in accordance with this Agreement without obtaining the consent or approval of or a waiver or other authorization from a third party.
