NOPS Effective Date definition

NOPS Effective Date means the date on which a Notice of Physical Settlement or NOPS Amendment Notice, as the case may be, is delivered by the Issuer or the Calculation Agent (on its behalf).

NOPS Effective Date means the date on which an effective Calculation Agent Physical Settlement Notice or Calculation Agent Physical Settlement Amendment Notice, as the case may be, is delivered to the Issuer.

NOPS Effective Date means the date on which an effective Notice of Physical Settlement or NOPS Amendment Notice, as applicable, is delivered by the Issuer to the Noteholders.
