Nortel Group definition

Nortel Group means, collectively, Nortel Networks Corporation and all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, whether current or former;
Nortel Group means, collectively, NNC and all of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, whether current or former.
Nortel Group means Nortel Networks Corporation and subsidiary or branch of the Nortel Networks group.

Nortel Group means Nortel and: (i) any subsidiary undertaking of Nortel from time to time; or (ii) any other person of which Nortel from time to time is able to exercise management control or is otherwise interested from time to time other than the Company or any other member of the Group, and "Nortel Group Member" shall be construed—accordingly.

  • In loco parentis means relating to the responsibility to undertake the care and control of another person in the absence of:

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • ITT has the meaning given to it in the recitals to this Framework Agreement;
