Note B-2 Principal Balance definition

Note B-2 Principal Balance means, at any time of determination, the Initial Note B-2 Principal Balance as set forth in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, as previously reduced by payments of principal thereon received by the Note B-2 Holder and any reductions in such amount pursuant to Section 4(c) and Section 7.
