Note Investors definition

Note Investors means the holders from time to time of the Notes.

Note Investors means those Persons who are participating in the Note Financing pursuant to a Note Subscription Agreement entered into with the Company as of the date hereof.

Note Investors shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.

Note Investors means certain investors party to one or more convertible note Subscription Agreements pursuant to which such investors have committed to purchase the Convertible Notes.
