Note Registration Rights Agreement definition

Note Registration Rights Agreement means the Registration Rights Agreement, dated on or about the date hereof, by and among the Company and the parties thereto, entered into in conjunction with the Note Purchase Agreement.
Note Registration Rights Agreement means the Exchange and Registration Rights Agreement, dated as of June 27, 2001, among Rite Aid, each of the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Holders from time to time as provided therein.
