Store Inventory and/or other tangible Collateral with a bailee, warehouseman, or other third party where the aggregate amount of Inventory and/or other tangible Collateral with such bailee, warehouseman or other third party shall be in excess of 15% of such Loan Parties’ Inventory for a period of ninety (90) days or longer (other than those entities for which such Loan Party has delivered a Notice and Access Agreement pursuant to Section 6.16).
