Examples of Notice of Application in a sentence

  • The Company will be required to implement these directions within 10 days of receiving the Notice of Application.

  • If the Company receives a Notice of Application that does not fully implement the requirements of this Paragraph, the Company will apply this Paragraph proportionately on the basis of the reductions specified in the Notice of Application first, then to any remaining reduction based on the amounts otherwise payable under Paragraph 6(c).
