Notice of Change of Address definition

Notice of Change of Address has the meaning specified in Section 10.01(e).
Notice of Change of Address means a Notice given to The People’s Solicitors via email to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or mail to 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx XXX 0000, of a change of address. The notice must include the name of the Registered Class Action Member, the address on the registration form and the new address.
