Examples of Notice of Increase in a sentence
The content of the County’s files submitted to the Hearing Officer which may include, but is not limited to, the Notice of Violation, the Notice of Noncompliance, the Notice of Impending Civil Penalties, the Notice of Imposition of Civil Penalties and the Notice of Increase in Civil Penalties (if applicable), and any amendments thereto, shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts stated therein.
The lien may be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder by the recording of the Notice, or Amended Notice, of Imposition of Civil Penalties or the Notice, or Amended Notice, of Increase in Civil Penalties, whichever is applicable.
The Trustee shall serve the Notice of Increase of Plan Payment on Debtor and Debtor’s counsel.
If the proposed rent increases provided to the residents in the Notice of Increase are inaccurate, the property owner will be required to re-notice the resident of any increase and wait another full 90 days before effectuating the proposed increase.
To impose the increase, the Enforcement Officer must first serve a Notice of Increase in Civil Penalties upon the violator that shall state: (1) the amount of the increase of the daily civil penalty; (2) the effective date of the increase, which date shall not be less than thirty days from the date of service of the notice; and (3) that the amount of the increase, if contested, may be appealed, but only in accordance with Section114.5.5 of this Code.
