Notice of Increase has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a)(i).

• Such Notice of Increase shall set forth the amount of the requested Revolving Credit Commitment Increase and the date on which such Revolving Credit Commitment Increase is requested to become effective.

• The lien may be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder by the recording of the Notice, or Amended Notice, of Imposition of Civil Penalties or the Notice, or Amended Notice, of Increase in Civil Penalties, whichever is applicable.

• If a Bank does not give such Notice of Increase by such date, then such Bank shall be deemed to have refused such increase.

Notice of Increase means the notice presented by the Issuer to the Deal Agent, Servicer and Trustee to request an Increase.
