Examples of Notice of Intention to Transfer in a sentence

  • Subject to clause 13.2, the Nominated Access Rights which are the subject of a Notice of Intention to Transfer under clause 13.1 will not be Transferred to the Transferee and the terms of this Agreement will continue to apply in respect of the Nominated Access Rights until the [Note: deleted as it is inconsistent with the earlier parts of this clause] the Transfer Date.
