Notice of Overpayment definition

Notice of Overpayment means a notice sent to a household upon the establishment of a claim against the household for an overpayment of benefits.
Notice of Overpayment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.3.1 hereof.

  • Overpayment means payment in excess of the required fee. Overpayment of less than $10 received by the board shall not be refunded.
