Notice of Temporary Suspension definition

Notice of Temporary Suspension means the document containing INT’s accusations of one or more Sanctionable Practices issued by the MIGA Evaluation Officer to a named entity or individual in accordance with Section 2.01.
Notice of Temporary Suspension means the notification issued by the Sanctions Commissioner under the conditions specified in Section 6.2 of these Sanctions Procedures.
