Notice of Temporary Suspension definition

Notice of Temporary Suspension means the document containing INT’s accusations of one or more Sanctionable Practices issued by the IFC Evaluation Officer to a named entity or individual in accordance with Section 2.01.
Notice of Temporary Suspension means the notification issued by the Sanctions Commissioner under the conditions specified in Section 6.2 of these Sanctions Procedures.
Notice of Temporary Suspension means the document containing INT’s accusations of a Sanctionable Practice issued by the Evaluation Officer to a named firm or individual in accordance with Section 2.01;

Examples of Notice of Temporary Suspension in a sentence

  • A Notice of Temporary Suspension shall contain the elements cited in Section 4.01(b)(ii) through (iv).

  • The SDO may, at any time during the period of temporary suspension, terminate the temporary suspension if the SDO determines, based on information which comes to the attention of the SDO, that there was a manifest error in the Notice of Temporary Suspension or other clear basis for termination.

  • Where IACD is unable to issue the Findings of Sanctionable Practice(s) within eleven (11) months of the issuance of the Notice of Temporary Suspension, IACD may further present to the Sanctions Commissioner, an Application for Renewal of Temporary Suspension.

  • The Evaluation Officer may, at any time during the period of suspension, terminate the temporary suspension if the Evaluation Officer determines, based on information which comes to the attention of the Evaluation Officer, that there was a manifest error in the Notice of Temporary Suspension or other clear basis for termination.

  • Upon issuance of the Notice of Temporary Suspension by the MIGA Evaluation Officer, the Respondent3 shall be temporarily suspended from eligibility to become a MIGA Counterparty in any new MIGA Project, with the same effect as if it had been debarred under Section 9.01(c) below.
