Notices to Tenants means notices from Seller to all tenants who are parties to any of the Leases whereby such tenants are notified that the Property has been transferred by Seller to Buyer and instructing them to pay any and all rents and other sums payable under the Leases from and after the Closing directly to Buyer or as otherwise directed by Buyer, in the form of Exhibit "G".

Examples of Notices to Tenants in a sentence

  • Seller shall deliver all Tenant Notices to Tenants concurrently with the Closing, and shall provide copies of same for Buyer's review not later than two (2) days prior to the Closing Date.

  • Contributors shall deliver all Tenant Notices to Tenants concurrently with the Closing, and shall provide copies of same for the Company's review not later than two (2) days prior to the Closing Date.

  • Notice Addresses means the following addresses for Tenant and Landlord, respectively:
