Notification association definition

Notification association or "association" means the statewide notification association of owners and operators of underground facilities created in section 9-1.5-105.
Notification association or "association" means an association of two or more operators or owners organized for the purpose of receiving notification of any damage or planned excavation in a specified area, and disseminating such notification of damage or planned excavation to operators and owners who are members and participants.
