Notification association definition
Notification association or "association" means the statewide notification association of owners and operators of underground facilities created in section 9-1.5-105.
Notification association or "association" means an association of two or more operators or owners organized for the purpose of receiving notification of any damage or planned excavation in a specified area, and disseminating such notification of damage or planned excavation to operators and owners who are members and participants. THE STATEWIDE NOTIFICATION ASSOCIATION OF OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF UNDERGROUND FACILITIES CREATED IN SECTION 9-1.5-105.
