Notional Earnings Account definition

Notional Earnings Account means, as to each Participant, the bookkeeping account established for each Participant pursuant to Section 3.1.

  • Any distribution with respect to a Participant’s Account Balance shall be charged to the Participant’s Notional Earnings Account as of the date such payment is made by the Employer or the trustee of the Trust which may be established for the Plan.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, a Participant’s Notional Earnings Account shall at all times be a bookkeeping entry only and shall not represent any investment made on his or her behalf by the Employer or the Trust; the Participant shall at all times remain an unsecured creditor of the Employers.

  • A Participant’s Notional Earnings Account shall be credited with the Participant’s Initial Account Credit, and subsequently credited (or charged, as the case may be) with the hypothetical or deemed investment earnings and losses determined pursuant to Section 3.3, and charged with distributions made to or with respect to him or her.

  • A Participant shall elect, on the Election Form, one or more Measurement Fund(s) (as described in Section 3.3(c) below) to be used to determine the additional amounts to be credited to his or her Notional Earnings Account, unless changed in accordance with the next sentence.

Related to Notional Earnings Account

  • Earnings Account means, in relation to a Ship, an account in the name of the Owner owning that Ship with the Agent in Hamburg designated “[name of relevant Owner]—Earnings Account” or any other account (with that or another office of the Agent) which replaces such account and is designated by the Agent as that Earnings Account for the purposes of this Agreement and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Earnings Accounts means the bank accounts of each of the Obligors from time to time each of which shall be held with the Agent or any of the Agent’s corresponding banks and to which all the Earnings and any proceeds of the Insurances shall be paid.

  • Savings Account means an account, which is based on Mudarabah and its profit shall be calculated based on the profit earned on any balance maintained above the minimum threshold or average threshold (as may be agreed upon with the Bank).

From time to time the Plan Administrator may, in its sole discretion, establish rules for determining the amounts of Eligible Earnings for employees who become Grantees other than on the first day of a Plan Year as well as any reduction of Eligible Earnings as a result of paid leave of absences.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Tax Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6 hereof.

  • Principal Accumulation Account Balance means, for any date of determination, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such date of determination.

  • Accumulation Account The account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.01(a)(iii) of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the General Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.
