• After First Commercial Power, Nalcor’s obligations to deliver the Nova Scotia Block pursuant to this Agreement shall be suspended for any period during which no such assignment is in force, and any Energy not delivered during such period shall, for all purposes under this Agreement and all other applicable Formal Agreements, be deemed to have been delivered, and Nalcor shall have no further obligations with respect thereto.

• Upon receipt of the Term Extension Notice Nalcor shall, within 180 days, Notify Emera whether or not it requires all of the Energy comprising the aforementioned annual portion of the Nova Scotia Block, to meet its NL Load Forecast requirements during the immediately following proposed Subsequent Term and shall provide Emera with a true copy of the NL Load Forecast.
