Upon receipt of the Term Extension Notice Nalcor shall, within 180 days, Notify Emera whether or not it requires all of the Energy comprising the aforementioned annual portion of the Nova Scotia Block, to meet its NL Load Forecast requirements during the immediately following proposed Subsequent Term and shall provide Emera with a true copy of the NL Load Forecast.
