port facility means any publicly or privately owned facility located within this State through which cargo is transported by way of a waterborne ship or vehicle to or from destinations outside this State and which handles cargo owned by third parties in addition to cargo owned by the port facility’s owner.
Support Facility means any liquidity or credit support agreement with a CP Conduit which relates to this Agreement (including any agreement to purchase an assignment of or participation in Class B Notes).
Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.
Airport Facilities means any of the following at an airport:
Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.
LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:
Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.
Existing Facility means a facility in existence on any given date, newly constructed or altered.
Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications
Gaming Facility means any gaming or parimutuel wagering establishment and other property or assets directly ancillary thereto or directly used in connection therewith, including any building, restaurant, hotel, theater, parking facilities, retail shops, land, and other recreation and entertainment facilities and equipment, owned or operated by the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;
Public facility means 1 or more of the following:
On-site generation facility means a generation facility,
New Facility means a property previously undeveloped which is placed into service by means other than or in conjunction with expansion or modernization.
Holding facility means a designated area for the retention of
Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
City Facility means any building, structure, property, park, open space, or vehicle, owned or leased by the City, its agents, agencies, or departments.
Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.
