NRZ Brokerage definition

NRZ Brokerage means each entity that is duly licensed and approved to conduct real estate brokerage activity that is either New Residential or Controlled by New Residential.
NRZ Brokerage has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing in this Section 5(a), with respect to a Subject REO Referral that is an Existing REO Property at the time of the sale and conveyance of Subject REO Referrals, the commission to NRZ Brokerage will be [***].

  • Such resources shall include at least one dedicated client relationship manager that will serve as a primary contact for NRZ Brokerage and its representatives.

  • Upon NRZ Brokerage’s request, which such request may be a standing request, RHSS shall promptly provide to NRZ Brokerage a copy of a listing agreement relating to an REO Property.

  • NRZ Brokerage represents and warrants that it is permitted by the seller of the Subject REO Referrals to receive the information requested hereunder.

  • RHSS shall deliver a monthly performance report to the applicable NRZ Entity, setting forth the preceding month’s data for the fields set forth in Exhibit 5B attached hereto, as may be modified from time to time by NRZ Brokerage upon prior written notice to RHSS.

  • All audits pursuant to this Section 6(a) shall be at the sole expense of NRZ Brokerage and shall be subject to Sections 6(b), 6(c) and 6(d) of this Vendor Management Addendum.

Related to NRZ Brokerage

  • Brokerage means the provision by a third party of services, for a fee, to source Sub-Contractors to provide the Services on behalf of the Provider.

  • Brokerage Fee means the fee payable to the Broker for the purchase by any Person of Interests in an Initial Offering equal to an amount agreed between the Managing Member and the Broker from time to time and specified in any Series Designation.

The administrator may by rule or order exclude other persons from this definition.

  • Principal broker means a broker who is either a real estate proprietor, a partner in a real estate partnership, or an officer in a real estate corporation.

  • Prime Broker means a Person that acts as credit counterparty for transactions executed on the SEF in the name and on behalf of such Person by its client or an agent of its client that is a BSEF Participant and that has authorized a Participant to send RFQs, place Orders or enter into Trades in the name and on behalf of such Person.

  • Loan broker means any person who, for compensation or gain, or in the expectation

  • Commissions means the Commissions with Jurisdiction over the Issuer (as defined on page 4) and the securities commissions incorporated in the definition of this term in other parts of the Subscription Agreement;

  • Salesperson means any person holding an Iowa real estate salesperson license as defined in Iowa Code section 543B.5(19).

  • Participating Broker- Dealer: See Section 2(b) hereof.
