Customs Broker definition

Customs Broker means that individual, partnership, entity or corporation licensed by the Canada Border Services Agency, or other authorized body, to engage in the business of a customs broker and who is named as the Customs Broker in the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney.
Customs Broker means an individual or firm authorized to act for the Seller in handling the sequence of custom formalities associated with the importation of goods into the Seller’s country.
Customs Broker s Licence" means any licence granted by Customs to a party to operate as a licensed customs broker pursuant to Part XI of the Customs Act;

Examples of Customs Broker in a sentence

  • These conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province within Canada, or Territory, within which the Customs Broker has its principal place of business and the Client hereby irrevocably attorns to the Courts of such Province or Territory.

  • Any errors or omissions on Canada Customs documents and/or data transmissions must be reported in writing to the Customs Broker by the Client as soon possible but in any event within 10 days of receipt of the documents and/or data.

  • The Customs Broker shall issue invoices to the Client for all Fees and Disbursements pertaining to the Services.

Customs Broker. ’ means a person carrying on business in the Republic by—
Customs Broker means that individual, partnership, entity or corporation licensed by the CBSA, other CGAD, or other authorized body, to engage in the business of a customs broker and who is named as the Customs Broker, service provider or entity with delegated authority in the Agency Agreement and Power of Attorney or in the CARM Client Portal.
Customs Broker means the persons listed on Schedule 1.2 hereto or such other person selected by any Borrower after written notice by such Borrower to Agent who are reasonably acceptable to Agent to perform port of entry services to process Inventory imported by such Borrower from outside the United States of America and to supply facilities, labor and materials to such Borrower in connection therewith.
Customs Broker means a Person serving as a customs broker for Borrower in connection with Borrower’s importation of goods.
Customs Broker means New Venture Brokers, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co., Inc., or such other Persons as may be selected by Borrower after the date hereof who are reasonably acceptable to Agent to perform port of entry services to accept and process Inventory imported by Borrower and who have executed and delivered a Customs Broker Agreement.
Customs Broker means any legal or natural person licensed to undertake customs clearance for the account of the others.
Customs Broker means the persons selected by any Borrower after written notice by such Borrower to Agent who are reasonably acceptable to Agent to perform port of entry services to process Inventory imported by such Borrower from outside the United States of America and to supply facilities, labor and materials to such Borrower in connection therewith, PROVIDED, THAT, as to each such person (a) Agent shall have received a Collateral Access Agreement duly authorized, executed and delivered by such person, (b) such agreement is in full force and effect and (c) such person shall be in compliance in all material respects with the terms thereof.
