The Bank may assess a special charge for any overdraft of your Account or for any item or withdrawal request drawn against your Account that we return due to insufficient funds (NSF).
Tenant acknowledges that either late payment of Rent or issuance of a NSF check may cause Landlord to incur costs and expenses, the exact amount of which are difficult and impractical to determine.
