Product Certification definition

Product Certification means all product certifications given or granted by processors or manufacturers with respect to Products.
Product Certification means the certification of a product which has been carried out in accordance with the conformity assessment as required by respective product certification scheme. In general, product certification includes product testing, conformity assessment with certification and surveillance inspection as stipulated in ISO/IEC 17067. For more information on the product certification scheme, please consult the manufacturer or Product Certification Body.
Product Certification means the notification issued to you in accordance with this agreement and, in particular, clause 10.
