NSR Royalty definition

NSR Royalty has the meaning assigned to it in Paragraph 2.1.
NSR Royalty has the meaning ascribed to it in section 2.5 below.
NSR Royalty means a net smelter returns royalty to be paid by the Optionee to the Optionor pursuant to Part 5 of this Agreement;

Examples of NSR Royalty in a sentence

  • The Optionee may purchase the remaining 2% of the NSR Royalty for an additional $1,000,000.

  • At Owner discretion and election, the payment of Precious Metals NSR Royalty may be paid in Cash or In-kind as defined in Exhibit B.

  • The Payee may request an audit of the sales and related financial records maintained by the Payor be conducted to verify the calculation of the NSR Royalty for a particular calendar quarter.

More Definitions of NSR Royalty

NSR Royalty means net smelter return royalty.
NSR Royalty means a net smelter returns royalty to be paid by Candente pursuant to Subsection 10.1, all as further set out in Schedule "B";
