Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;
Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Certified nurse practitioner means an ARNP educated in the disciplines of nursing who has advanced knowledge of nursing, physical and psychosocial assessment, appropriate interventions, and management of health care, and who possesses evidence of current certification by a national professional nursing association approved by the board.
Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Autism spectrum disorders means any of the pervasive developmental disorders as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th edition, published by the American Psychiatric Association, including autistic disorder, Asperger's disorder and pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified.[PL 2011, c. 420, Pt. A, §26 (RAL).]
Non-Participating Certified Nurse Practitioner means a Certified Nurse Practitioner who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Autism spectrum disorder means a neuro-developmental condition typically appearing in the first three years of life that significantly affects a person's ability to communicate, understand relationships and relate to others, and is frequently associated with unusual or stereotypical rituals or behaviours.
Nurse aide means any individual who is not a licensed health professional or volunteer providing nursing or nursing-related services to residents in a nursing facility.
Ordinary Course Professionals Order means any order of the Bankruptcy Court permitting the Debtors to retain certain professionals in the ordinary course of their businesses.
COVID-19 Pandemic means the SARS-Cov2 or COVID-19 pandemic, including any resurgence or evolutions or mutations thereof and/or any related or associated outbreaks, epidemics and/or pandemics.
Routine patient care costs means Covered Medical Expenses which are typically provided absent a clinical trial and not otherwise excluded under the Policy. Routine patient care costs do not include:
Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
Disinfection profile means a summary of Giardia lamblia inactivation through the treatment plant.
Nurse-midwife means a registered nurse who has graduated from a program of study designed to prepare registered nurses for advanced practice as nurse-midwives.
low protein modified food product means a food product that is specially formulated to have less than one gram of protein per serving and is intended to be used under the direction of a Practitioner for the dietary treatment of an inherited metabolic disease, but does not include a natural food that is naturally low in protein; and
Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder means medically necessary assessments, evaluations, or tests
Genetic resources means genetic material of actual or potential value;
Non-Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility means a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.
Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders means assessments, evaluations, or tests, including the autism diagnostic observation schedule, performed by a licensed physician or a licensed psychologist to diagnose whether an individual has 1 of the autism spectrum disorders.
