NZ General Security Deed definition

NZ General Security Deed means the General Security Deed, dated as of the date hereof, among the Borrower, the NZ Manager and the Collateral Agent.
NZ General Security Deed means that certain NZ General Security Deed dated on or about the Effective Date among Royalwolf NZ, Royalwolf Trading NZ and the Security Trustee.
NZ General Security Deed means the document dated on or about the date of this Agreement entitled 'NZ General Security Deed' between each NZ Obligor and the Security Trustee under which each NZ Obligor grants a Security Interest over all the present and after acquired property of that NZ Obligor.

  • UK Security Agreement means each of the security documents expressed to be governed by the laws of England (as modified, supplemented, amended or amended and restated from time to time) covering certain of such UK Loan Party’s present and future UK Collateral.

  • First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.

  • U.S. Security Documents means and include the U.S. Security Agreement, the U.S. Pledge Agreement, each Mortgage covering a U.S. Mortgage Property and each Additional Security Document covering assets of a U.S. Credit Party situated in the United States.

  • Deeds of Trust means, individually or collectively, a Deed of Trust, Assignment and Security Agreement, a Mortgage, Assignment and Security Agreement, an Indemnity Deed of Trust, Assignment and Security Agreement or an Indemnity Mortgage, Assignment and Security Agreement or comparable security documents covering Property and securing the Obligations as the same may be from time to time amended, modified, restated or substituted.

  • Real Property Security Documents means the Landlord Consent and any mortgage or deed of trust or any other real property security document executed or required hereunder to be executed by any Obligor and granting a security interest in real Property owned or leased (as tenant) by any Obligor in favor of the Lenders.

  • Mortgage Addendum means the addendum to the Mortgage in the agreed form.
