Oakland County definition

Oakland County means the County of Oakland, Michigan.
Oakland County means Oakland County, a constitutional and municipal Corporation, including, but not limited to, all of its departments, divisions, the Oakland County Board of Commissioners, elected and appointed officials, directors, board members, council members, commissioners, authorities, committees, commissions, employees, agents, volunteers, and/or any such persons’ successors.
Oakland County means the County of Oakland, a Municipal and Constitutional Corporation, its departments, divisions, authorities, boards, committees.

A ten percent (10%) penalty per month (or each portion thereof) shall be applied to refunds not paid or credited within sixty (60) days of receipt of a returned Agreement.

  • Rural county means a county of the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth class.
