OECD Convention definition

OECD Convention has the meaning set forth in Section 3.26.
OECD Convention means OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
OECD Convention shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.19(n).
