OEPR Consultants List. The engineering firms listed in Section 4(j) (Acceptable Persons and Entities) of Attachment U (Calculation and Adjustment of Net Energy Potential) to this Agreement, as such list may be expanded or contracted by the Parties as provided in Section 4(b) (Eligibility for Appointment as OEPR Evaluator) of said Attachment U (Calculation and Adjustment of Net Energy Potential) or Section 2(f) (Eligibility for Appointment as Independent AF Evaluator) of Attachment T (Monthly Reporting and Dispute Resolution by Independent AF Evaluator) to this Agreement.

Examples of OEPR Consultants List in a sentence

  • By mutual agreement between the Parties in writing, a name or names may be added to or removed from the OEPR Consultants List at any time.

  • In no event shall there be less than three (3) names on the OEPR Consultants List.

  • Each party shall select the names of two (2) firms from the OEPR Consultants List.

  • No later than 90 Days prior to the Applicable NEP Verification Date, Company and Seller shall select, in accordance with the terms of this Section 4(a) (Selection of OEPR Evaluator), an independent engineering firm from the firms listed on the OEPR Consultants List (the "OEPR Evaluator") to prepare an operational energy production report ("OEPR").

  • In no event shall there by less than three (3) names on the OEPR Consultants List.

  • If the Parties are unable to agree upon an NEP OEPR Estimate or GPR Performance Metric, as applicable, within 30 Days of the OEPR Conference, then within ten (10) Days thereafter the First OEPR Evaluator and Second OEPR Evaluator shall, by mutual agreement, select a third firm from the OEPR Consultants List to act as an independent OEPR Evaluator ("Third OEPR Evaluator").

  • However, neither Party may remove a name or names from the OEPR Consultants List without approval of the other Party if such removal would leave the list without any names.

  • In the event Company or Seller does not agree with the NEP OEPR Estimate or GPR Performance Metric determined by the First OEPR Evaluator, Seller or Company may, within 30 Days of issuance of the First OEPR, engage, at its own cost, a different expert evaluator from the OEPR Consultants List (the "Second OEPR Evaluator") to prepare a second OEPR that shall include a NEP OEPR Estimate or GPR Performance Metric, as applicable ("Second OEPR").

  • Proposed additions to the OEPR Consultants List shall automatically become effective thirty (30) Days after notice is received by the other Party unless written objection is made by such other Party within said thirty (30) Day period.

  • By written agreement between the Parties, a new name or names may be added to the OEPR Consultants List at any time.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

  • System for Award Management (SAM means the primary Government repository for prospective Federal awardee and Federal awardee information and the centralized Government system for certain contracting, grants, and other assistance-related processes. It includes—

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Expansion to an existing manufactured home park or subdivision means the preparation of additional sites by the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads).

  • Registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database means that—

  • Assistance unit means a cash assistance unit as defined in WAC 388-408-0005. An assistance unit is the group of people who live to- gether and whose income or resources the department counts to decide eligibility for benefits and the amount of benefits.

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Eligible Recipients means all Employees, all Non-Employee Directors and all Consultants.

  • Short-Term Resource Procurement Target means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, as to the PJM Region, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, 2.5% of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement determined for such Base Residual Auction, for purposes of the First Incremental Auction, 2% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, for purposes of the Second Incremental Auction, 1.5% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, as to any Zone, an allocation of the PJM Region Short-Term Resource Procurement Target based on the Preliminary Zonal Forecast Peak Load, reduced by the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. For any LDA, the LDA Short-Term Resource Procurement Target shall be the sum of the Short-Term Resource Procurement Targets of all Zones in the LDA.

  • SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.

  • Covered Computer System means any Computer System as to which the Insured has possession, custody and control.
