Off Leash Area definition

Off Leash Area means an off leash area as defined in Bylaw 13145, Animal Licensing and Control Bylaw;

Off Leash Area means the fenced, secured section where the dog is allowed to exercise and train without a leash.

More Definitions of Off Leash Area

Off Leash Area means an area established, by resolution of Council, as being an area where a Dog, that is under the control of a Competent Person, is permitted with such Dog being off a Leash.
