Off-Peak Tariff definition

Off-Peak Tariff means the tariff payable to the HPD for energy supplied during the Off- Peak Hours;
Off-Peak Tariff means the off-peak grid tariff of GEPCO applicable from time to time.
Off-Peak Tariff means the tariff payable to the Buyer for energy supplied during the Off-Peak Hours;

Examples of Off-Peak Tariff in a sentence

  • In case of energy supply during Peak Hours over and above the mandated energy requirement (300 MWh for each 100 MW of project capacity), and in the event of such power being procured by the Buying Utility, the HPD will be paid energy charges @ Off-Peak Tariff.

  • In both the cases of early part or full commissioning of the Project, the Applicable Tariff for the commissioned Project shall constitute Off-Peak Tariff @ Rs. 2.70/kWh and Peak Tariff @ Rs. [Insert Tariff]/kWh from and including the SCD.

  • The HPD shall be entitled to receive the Off-Peak Tariff of Rs. 2.70/kWh fixed for the entire Term of this Agreement, for the energy supplied during the Off-Peak Hours.

  • The HPD shall be entitled to receive the Off-Peak Tariff of Rs. 2.29/kWh fixed for the entire Term of this Agreement, for the energy supplied during the Off-Peak Hours.

  • In such cases, subsequent to consumption of 300 MWh energy per 100 MW of Contracted Capacity, remaining energy may be purchased by the Discom at the Off-Peak Tariff.

  • In case of energy supply during Peak Hours over and above the mandated energy requirement (300 MWh for each 100 MW of project capacity) on a daily basis, and in the event of such power being procured by the Buying Utility, the HPD will be paid energy charges @ Off-Peak Tariff.

  • However, the minimum compensation payable to SECI by the HPD shall be 25% (twenty-five percent) of the cost of this shortfall in energy terms, calculated at Off-Peak Tariff.

  • In both the cases of early part or full commissioning of the Project, the Applicable Tariff for the commissioned Project shall constitute Off-Peak Tariff @ Rs. 2.29/kWh and Peak Tariff @ Rs. [Insert Tariff]/kWh from and including the SCOD, in accordance with Schedule 4.

  • Any excess energy supplied over and above the above limit shall be procured by GUVNL @ Off-Peak Tariff, i.e. Rs 2.29/kWh margin, to be reconciled on a monthly basis.

  • In such cases, subsequent to consumption of 300 MWh energy per 100 MW of Contracted Capacity, remaining energy may be purchased by the Buying Entity at the Off-Peak Tariff.

  • CAISO Tariff means the California Independent System Operator Corporation Operating Agreement and Tariff, including the rules, protocols, procedures and standards attached thereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time and approved by the FERC.

  • MISO Tariff means the MISO Open Access Transmission, Energy and Operating Reserve Market Tariff on file with FERC.

  • ISO-NE Tariff means ISO-NE’s Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended from time to time.

  • PJM Tariff or “Tariff shall mean that certain “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff”, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • ISO Tariff means the ISO New England Inc. Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, FERC Electric Tariff No. 3, as amended, modified, superseded and supplemented from time to time, and including the Market Rules and Procedures.
