Offensive Content definition

Offensive Content means content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, gratuitously violent or otherwise offensive.

Examples of Offensive Content in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, before Pegasus exercises its termination right set forth in the preceding sentence, Pegasus shall first afford Customer the opportunity to remove such Offensive Content within twenty-four (24) hours after receiving written notice from Pegasus.

  • Pegasus may immediately terminate the provision of UltraDirect Services to Customer for any period of time during which Customer’s Web Site, or any electronic system maintained and hosted by or on behalf of an Onward Distributor with access to and use of data transmitted through the UltraDirect Interface, displays any Offensive Content.

  • Pegasus may immediately terminate the prov1s1on of UltraDirect Services to Customer for any period of time during which Customer's System, or any electronic system maintained and hosted by or on behalf of an Onward Distributor with access to and use of data transmitted through the UltraDirect Interface, displays any Offensive Content.

  • Orbitz shall use commercially reasonable efforts to contractually obligate any Third Party User that utilizes the Reservation Function or the Online Distribution Database to the foregoing and to obtain the removal of any such Offensive Content from the service of any Third Party User of which Pegasus notifies Orbitz.

  • Pegasus may immediately terminate the provision of UltraDirect Services to Customer for any period of time during which Customer’s System, or any electronic system maintained and hosted by or on behalf of an Onward Distributor with access to and use of data transmitted through the UltraDirect Interface, displays any Offensive Content.

  • Pegasus agrees that in the event the Online Distribution Database contains any Offensive Content, Pegasus shall remove such Offensive Content within thirty (30) days' written notice from Orbitz.

Related to Offensive Content

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • Obscene means containing a patently offensive description of or a solicitation to commit an ultimate sex act, including sexual intercourse, masturbation, cunnilingus, fellatio, or anilingus, or a description of an excretory function.

  • Visitors means guests, applicants, contractors, vendors, advisory board members, foundation board members, and members of the public on college premises.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Users means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Subscription Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Subscription Service.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Permitted Users has the meaning given in Section 16.02;

  • Adhesive means any chemical substance that is applied for the purpose of bonding two surfaces together other than by mechanical means.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Client Content means any content, materials, data and information, including Personal Information that Client or its Authorized Users enter into the SaaS Services or is otherwise uploaded by or on behalf of Client to the SaaS Services. Client Content shall not include any component of the SaaS Services or material or data provided by or on behalf of Accenture or its licensors.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Slamming means the unauthorized enrollment of a customer without the customer’s permission or the unauthorized transfer of a customer to another Electric Supplier.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;
