Offer Memorandum definition
Offer Memorandum means the Offer Memorandum (biedingsbericht), dated as of March 31, 2006, as amended or supplemented as of the Closing Date, containing the terms of the offer to purchase the Equity Interests of the Company specified therein by Valcon.
Offer Memorandum means the offer document (biedingsbericht) issued or to be issued by the Borrower in its capacity as offeror in respect of the Offer setting out the terms of the Offer.
Offer Memorandum means that certain Offer Memorandum dated August 20, 2007.
