Office Depot means (i) Office Depot, Inc., a Delaware corporation and (ii) upon the conversion of Office Depot, Inc. into a limited liability company in connection with the Corporate Reorganization, Office Depot LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Examples of Office Depot in a sentence
