Office of Compliance definition

Office of Compliance means the Thruway Authority’s Office of Compliance or his/her duly authorized representative.
Office of Compliance. The Company has an Office of Compliance. Should Contractor have actual knowledge of violations of any of the herein stated policies of conduct in this Article 9, or have a reasonable basis to believe that such violations will occur in the future, whether by its own employees, agents, representatives or subcontractors, or by another vendor and/or supplier of the Company and its employees, agents, representatives or subcontractors, or by any employee, agent and/or representative of Company, Contractor has an affirmative obligation to immediately report any such known, perceived and/or anticipated violations to the Company’s Office.
Office of Compliance means the independent office established in the legislative branch under section 301 of the CAA (2 U.S.C. 1381).

  • Compliance Forester means the DNR staff person(s) identified in the Pre-Work Conference who perform the compliance inspections, approve Work, recommend payment to the Contract Manager, and manage the Work Schedule.

  • Substantial compliance means a level of compliance with these rules where any deficiencies pose no greater risk to resident health or safety than the potential for causing minor harm.
