  • Such spare parts will be provided to the COMPETITORS at the COMPETITION or OFFICIAL TESTING as appropriate.

  • The price is inclusive of: (i) the supply and delivery ofsufficient consumables, including engine oil (excluding fuel and tyres), as the COMPETITOR may require to use one PRODUCT at each OFFICIAL TESTING and COMPETITION occurring in one calendar year; and (ii) the supply and delivery of sufficient spare parts for the PRODUCT as the COMPETITOR may require as a result of reasonable wear and tear of the PRODUCT during participation in all OFFICIAL TESTING and COMPETITION in a given calendar year.

  • It is expected that this will be limited to four COMPETITIONS or OFFICIAL TESTING per CHAMPIONSHIP season.

  • UPON THE EARLIER OF SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF OFFICIAL TESTING OF THE PRODUCTS OR 180 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT, ALL WARRANTIES AND SELLER’S OTHER DUTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL TERMINATE AND BE CONCLUSIVELY PRESUMED TO HAVE BEEN SATISFIED, AND ALL LIABILITY HEREUNDER SHALL TERMINATE AND NO ACTION FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR DUTY MAY BE COMMENCED.

  • Each set of PRODUCTS used by a COMPETITOR during this OFFICIAL TESTING will be deducted from the allowance of 110 sets per COMPETITOR.
