One Court Square Companion Loans. With respect to the One Court Square Loan Combination, collectively, the related promissory notes made by the related Mortgagor and secured by the One Court Square Mortgage and designated as promissory notes X-0, X-0, X-0 and A-4, which are not included in the Trust and are pari passu in right of payment with the One Court Square Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the related Loan Documents and as provided in the One Court Square Co-Lender Agreement, in each case (other than promissory note A-4) together with the corresponding One Court Square REMIC Regular Interest (or portion thereof) created pursuant to the One Court Square REMIC Declaration.
