One Home System Breakdown definition

One Home System Breakdown means: If an initial “home system breakdown” causes other “home system breakdowns,” all will be considered “one home system breakdown.” All “home system breakdowns” that are the result of the same event will be considered “one home system breakdown.”

Examples of One Home System Breakdown in a sentence

  • DeductibleWe will not pay under this Agreement until the amount of covered loss arising from any One Home System Breakdown exceeds the deductible amount shown in the Summary of Benefits.

  • We will pay your Temporary Living Expenses incurred as a result of a covered Home System Breakdown.Our payment for this coverage shall not exceed $250 per day and $2,000 for any One Home System Breakdown.

  • The most we will pay under any such coverage for loss, damage or expense arising from any One Home System Breakdown is the amount indicated as the limit for that coverage in the form or the Summary of Benefits.

  • The most we will pay under any such coverage for loss, damage or expense arising from any One Home System Breakdown is the amount indicated as the limit for that coverage in the Agreement or the Summary of Benefits.

  • Sewage system means the entire sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system;

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.

  • Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur. The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.

  • Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and

  • Tube housing assembly means the tube housing with tube installed. It includes high-voltage and/or filament transformers and other appropriate elements when such are contained within the tube housing.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.

  • Energy storage system means a system which stores energy and releases it in the same form as was input.

  • Transportation System means the facilities at any time in place to receive Shipper’s Gas at the Entry Point(s), process, handle, transport and redeliver the Gas at the Exit Point(s), in accordance with the Transportation Agreement, as detailed in Transportation System Description.

  • Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.
