Residential child care facility" means a facility other than an occupied private residence providing foster care to more than eight unrelated children, except as may be otherwise provided by rule or regulation.
As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires: (18) "Residential child care facility" means a facility licensed by the state department of human services pursuant to article 6 of title 26, C.R.S., to provide group care and treatment for children as such facility is defined in section 26-6-102 (8) 26-6-102 (33), C.R.S. A residential child care facility may be eligible for designation by the executive director of the department of human services pursuant to this article.
Residential child care facility" means a 24-hour residential facility where children live together with or are supervised by adults who are not their parents or relatives, per 10A O.S. § 1-1-105.
