Online Service Agreement definition

Online Service Agreement means the agreement that governs the use of all Online Banking services including the terms and conditions that are contained in the Direct Services Agreement-Personal By using the Account, you accept and agree to follow these Terms. These Terms replace any existing agreement(s) between you and the Credit Union relating to an Account, except as otherwise provided for in these Terms.
