Onshore Security Documents definition

Onshore Security Documents means any Transaction Security Document governed by or expressed to be governed by the law of the Macau SAR.
Onshore Security Documents means any Security Document the grantor of security under which is the Borrower.
Onshore Security Documents means the security documents listed in Exhibit F attached hereto in form and substance satisfactory to the Investors.

  • The Notes will be secured by the security interest provided in the Offshore Security Documents and the Onshore Security Documents.

Onshore Security Documents has the meaning ascribed to "Security Documents" in the Onshore Facility Agreement.
Onshore Security Documents means the security documents listed in Exhibit F attached hereto and all other mortgages, security agreements, documents, instruments and other materials, entered into from time to time, necessary to create or perfect any Lien upon the assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries, in form and substance satisfactory to the Investors.
