Movable Assets definition

Movable Assets means and include all such machines, equipment and furniture/s of the Project, which are tangible in nature and that is movable (and not immovable like the civil structure etc.), and which was owned by the Lessee and used as part of overall Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Project.
Movable Assets means and include all such machines, equipment and furniture of the Project Facility, which are tangible in nature and that is movable (and not immovable like the civil structure etc), and which was owned by the Concessionaire and used as part of overall development (especially during the Operation & Maintenance) of the Project Facility.
Movable Assets means the railcars owned by the Pledgor which are listed in Schedule 2
