Opco Mortgagor Mortgage definition

Opco Mortgagor Mortgage means any mortgage granted by an Opco Mortgagor to the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties in respect of Real Property owned by such Opco Mortgagor, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.
