OpCo Purchase Agreement definition

OpCo Purchase Agreement means that certain Asset Purchase Agreement by and between BCBG Max Azria Global Holdings, LLC, the other sellers party thereto, and GBG USA Inc., dated as of June 9, 2017 and attached to this Plan as Exhibit B.
