Open Access Consumer definition

Open Access Consumer means a consumer who is eligible to receive supply of electricity from a person other than the distribution licensee of his area of supply;
Open Access Consumer means a consumer availing open access under sub- section (2) of Section 42 of the Act;
Open Access Consumer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a Generating Company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of Open- Access.
