Open burn definition

Open burn means the burning of anymaterials wherein air contaminants resulting from combustion are emitted directly into the air, without passing through a stack or chimney from an enclosed chamber.
Open burn means the high temperature oxidation of fuel with the release of heat and combustion products in an open, outdoor environment.
Open burn means to burn any substance for any purpose in the open air and includes but is not limited to, small confined fires and large confined fires (e.g., some bonfires), fires in incinerators, and outdoor recreational fireplaces.
