Energy Price definition

Energy Price has the meaning set forth in Section 4.[1/2](a).
Energy Price means the applicable rate for EPi set forth in Schedule 5.1; provided, however, that for any Delivered Energy in excess of one hundred and fifteen percent (115%) of the Annual Expected Energy Quantity in any Contract Year, the Energy Price shall be fifty percent (50%) of such otherwise applicable EPi for such Contract Year.
Energy Price means the price set forth in Section 1.07.

Examples of Energy Price in a sentence

  • For the initial Contract Year, the Energy Price shall be calculated as the total auxiliary power (including Energy for Start-ups) costs charged to the Facility by its supplier of end-use Energy for the six-month period ending December 31, 1998 divided by the auxiliary power (including Energy for Start-ups) consumed at the Facility for that same time period.

  • Energy Price shall be based on the [insert Applicable UDC Tariff rate], including applicable demand charges, provided that the Applicable UDC Tariff rate shall only be the energy charge rate at those Facilities where Units have the capability to use Energy from other units at the same Facility to effect Start-ups or where generation from other units is otherwise permitted under the CAISO Tariff to be netted against auxiliary power needed to effect Start-up of the Unit.

  • For Facilities that have not been charged for auxiliary power for the six-month period ending December 31, 1998, the Energy Price for the Initial Contract Year shall be the simple average of the prices for Energy for varying times of day shown in the Applicable UDC Tariff.

  • The XXX Period Energy Price is set forth in Section 2 of Exhibit D.

  • The CESA Energy Price shall be developed and agreed upon by TCAP, the Energy Manager and the REP and shall include the wholesale energy market transactions as well as Energy Manager’s estimate of any non-fixed charges, including zonal congestion charges, ancillaries service charges, and other charges in connection with MEMBER’S load.


More Definitions of Energy Price

Energy Price. The Energy Price shall mean the Index Price for each MWh of Delivered Energy delivered to Buyer under this Agreement.
Energy Price means the price established under regulation 71 (2) (b);
Energy Price means the compensation due Seller for fuel used in the operation of the Unit as set forth in Section H of the Panoche Transaction.
