Open Loop Mode definition

Open Loop Mode has the meaning set out in paragraph 17(c) of Schedule I.

Examples of Open Loop Mode in a sentence

  • In the Open Loop Mode, the Vessel shall be capable of discharging regasified LNG at an average rate of not less than ***** mmscf/d (the “Open Loop Xxxxx Rate”), with a pressure of ***** bar and a temperature of *****F (*****C) at the main deck isolation valve and a minimum sea water temperature of *****F (*****C).

  • If the Cure Rate of the Open Loop Mode is less than the Open Loop Xxxxx Rate, and Owner has paid Charterer the liquidated damages as provided in section 3.4(a), the Cure Rate of the Open Loop Mode shall become the Open Loop Xxxxx Rate; provided that the Open Loop Xxxxx Rate after adjustment shall not be less than the Test Rate for the Open Loop Mode or ***** mmscf/d, whichever is greater.

  • In the event Xxxxx Trials are not conducted prior to the end of seven hundred thirty (730) days after the Delivery Date, the Closed Loop Mode, the Open Loop Mode and the Combined Loop Mode shall be established and re-adjusted according to section 3.3(f) of this Charter.

  • If a feedback error occurs, the controller shall default into Open Loop Mode.

  • Bid with Lowest Evaluated Cost means the bid quoting lowest cost amongst all those bids evaluated to be substantially responsive;

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring liquid and generating hydrogen gas released to the atmosphere.

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Market means the schedule of commitments for the purchase or sale of Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves developed by the Office of the Interconnection as a result of the offers and specifications submitted in accordance with Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix.

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Open session means a meeting which is held in a place reasonably accessible to members of the public and open to all cit- izens at all times. In the case of a state governmental body, it means a meeting which is held in a building and room thereof which enables access by persons with functional limitations, as defined in s. 101.13 (1).

  • Reference Cut-Off Date means the eighth Scheduled Trading Day immediately following the Scheduled Reference Date or, if earlier, the Scheduled Trading Day falling on or immediately preceding the second Business Day immediately preceding the due date on which payment of any amount or delivery of any assets may have to be made pursuant to any calculation or determination made on such Reference Date, provided that the Reference Cut-Off Date shall not fall prior to the original date on which such Reference Date was scheduled to fall.

  • Open burning means the combustion of any material without the following characteristics:

  • Multi-Exchange Index , if applicable, means each Reference Item specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms to be a Multi-Exchange Index.

  • Reliability Pricing Model Auction or “RPM Auction” shall mean the Base Residual Auction or any Incremental Auction, or, for the 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 Delivery Years, any Capacity Performance Transition Incremental Auction.

  • SOFR Benchmark Replacement Date means the Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to the then-current Benchmark;

  • Qualified Census Tract means any Census tract which is designated by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development as having 50 percent or more of the households at an income level which is less than 60 percent of the Area Gross Median Income in accordance with Section 42(d)(5) of the Code.

  • Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the Daily Simple SOFR, plus (b) 0.10%; provided that if the Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR as so determined would be less than the Floor, such rate shall be deemed to be equal to the Floor for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Reliability pricing model or "RPM" means PJM's capacity-

  • Open-end credit means credit extended by a creditor under an agreement in which:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Benchmark Replacement Date means the earliest to occur of the following events with respect to the then-current Benchmark:

  • Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Reference mass means the mass of the vehicle in running order less the uniform mass of the driver of 75 kg and increased by a uniform mass of 100 kg.

  • TARGET2 System means the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) system or any successor thereto.

  • Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG means the iconectiv Reference document used by Telecommunications Carriers to identify NPA-NXX routing and homing information as well as Network element and equipment designations.

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;
